After graduating with an Honours degree in Architecture Dana Meadows Architect practice was established 20 years ago.

As an ARBV registered Architect the practice specialises in residential projects based in Melbourne's Bayside area, Bellarine and Mornington Peninsulas.

Our designs range from contemporary one off homes to renovations of californian bungalows or classic period homes. Contemporary residential design has become so much more than simply creating a home. Blending the old with the new is a skill. The solution needs to involve creating spaces that fulfill the needs of the whole family and ensure the longevity and ability to change over time.   

My own experience of family dynamics with now 3 adult children along with the design-savvy I have collected over the past 20 years have helped me understand how to create a harmonious home, inside and out. 

Having first-hand knowledge of the environmental impact of bay and coastal living, we always consider when designing, the location, wind direction, sun exposure, topography of the land, and proximity to water. These factors all effect the design direction and construction materials used on-site.

Our full design & documentation services include working closely with you, the client from the initial planning stage through to town planning, building permits, tendering to builders and construction.
