Engaged by a respected local interior designer, we re-planned this Californian Bungalow to evolve from a young family home into a teenage-ready entertainer.

The scope included alterations and additions to earlier works, focusing on clear planning, flow and generous entertaining.

A reconfigured kitchen–meals–living zone now hosts large gatherings with ease, while a new family bathroom comfortably serves three teenage girls.

The extension adds a flexible guest bedroom with ensuite for visiting relatives, future-proofing the home without compromising character. In keeping with the bungalow’s classic tones, the new spaces are simple, connected and light-filled, allowing the interiors to take centre stage.
