This Hampton renovation respects an original Californian Bungalow within a heritage overlay while adding a contemporary rear extension and first-floor (second-storey) addition. Working within Bayside Council guidelines, we prepared clear design and documentation to streamline the planning-permit pathway and ensure accurate builder pricing.
The new works create a family hub with kitchen, living and bathroom refurbishments, a flexible rumpus, and seamless indoor–outdoor connection to a pool and deck.
Street character is retained to the front; modern volume and glazing are tucked to the rear. The result lets the family stay in the area they love with the space and amenity they need.
