Designing this new home for a family of 4 in Sandringham was a fun and exciting process with gorgeous clients who made the entire design and build a dream. The home was designed for Peter Wright & Associates and built by Boyd Design & Build, 2 premium stake holders in the Bayside Architectural world.

External treatments included white face bricks in stacked format with Scyon linear cladding. The all white facade was an objective from the get go.

Full height corner cavity sliding doors hide a study and music room which can either be incorporated with the living space or sectioned off for quiet time.

To maximise the inside/out connection on the site, a rumpus space on the first floor, has openable glazed windows which keeps the visual connection through to the pool and outside entertaining. Skylights in the vaulted ceiling in bedrooms allow natural light a plenty. Hydronic heating ensures the high vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and living spaces don't compromise on a warm cosy winter feel.

The triple stack sliding doors open the entire living room to the same level timber deck with open fire and bbq for winter and summer entertaining. The family have now moved in and are looking forward to a summer of poolside fun.
